(Help!) Equate Lactose Free Shake – Is it safe to drink for me?
I'm really hardcore lactose intolerance and I know it says lactose free, but I am so traumatized by Creamer this one time I had some "Lactose" coffee and got * really * Bad ill. It also does not help that The label warns: "Contains milk ingredients. Is this like water, Lactose Free milk (Lactaid stuff, as the fire?) I have a case of shakes in my fridge is that my husband harassed me to drink, but I'm far are too afraid, that there are some hidden ingredient in milk, as then, with coffee cream, make me sick. Have these Wal-Mart brand shakes always made you sick (if you are lactose intolerant)?
